Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–6 years of relevant marketing experience
, preferably in a role involving independent responsibility for marketing activities and campaigns.
Experience in technical, engineering, ICT, or B2B marketing is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Practical knowledge of social media management, digital marketing platforms, website content management, and marketing analytics.
Familiarity with basic graphic design tools and the ability to provide clear creative direction to designers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, collaborate across departments, and translate business objectives into actionable marketing activities.
