Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Loan Officers.
Drive loan portfolio growth while maintaining excellent portfolio quality.
Set and monitor individual and team lending, recovery, and customer acquisition targets.
Review loan applications and provide guidance on credit assessment and loan structuring.
Monitor Portfolio at Risk (PAR), delinquency, arrears, and repayment performance.
Support effective recovery and collections strategies for overdue loans.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and identify potential credit risks early.
