Job Summary
Support the human resources function of Flipper International School PLC, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, HR policy, performance management, training, compliance, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment: posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
Manage onboarding and induction for new employees
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital)
Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance tracking
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Support performance management processes, including appraisals
Address employee queries and escalate issues where needed
Assist in organizing training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support disciplinary and grievance procedures
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management
Assist with payroll coordination where required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer role
Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices
Proficiency in HR software/HRIS and MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Computer skill is more advantage
