Job Summary
The Senior Human Resource Officer will support the Talent Acquisition and HR Administration Division by coordinating recruitment, placement, employee administration, and other human resource functions. The role involves managing vacancy processes, screening and shortlisting applicants, preparing personnel action documents, supporting employee-related processes, and ensuring proper functioning of HR and recruitment systems.
Qualification Requirements
Second/First degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
6–8 years of related work experience, out of which 3–4 years in senior position(s).
Key Performance Areas
Participate in the preparation of long-term, medium-term, and short-term plans of the work unit together with the HR Manager and enforce implementation upon approval.
Identify vacant jobs, receive employment requisitions, and check whether they have budget coverage and are active enough for filling.
Prioritize vacancies and recommend filling them through transfer, promotion, or recruitment as appropriate.
Formulate notifications of personnel actions pertaining to vacancy advertisement, screening and shortlisting, appointment, transfer, promotion, appraisal, suspension, and employment contract termination.
Carry out preliminary screening and shortlisting of job applicants for further consideration and action by the superior and recruitment committee.
Process personnel functions including placement, orientation, compensation, transfer, promotion, appraisal, discipline, termination, and social security of employees in consultation and collaboration with the HR Manager.
Ensure the proper functioning of the HR SAP system and job applicants’ application platforms and manage them accordingly.
Prepare and participate in vacancy announcements, examinations, interviews, spreadsheets of shortlisted applicants, and other recruitment status announcements.
