Job Summary
The Senior Field Agronomist will support the management and implementation of agricultural and horticultural activities at the flower farm. The position requires relevant experience in field agronomy, strong technical knowledge of horticultural or plant science practices, and the ability to work effectively in a large-scale flower production environment.
Conditions of Employment
60-day probation period.
The position will become permanent based on the performance evaluation results during the probation period.
Educational Qualification
BSc degree in Horticulture or Plant Science.
Experience
2 years or more of relevant experience for the Senior Field Agronomist position.
Language Requirements
Good spoken and written English language skills.
Knowledge of Sidami is advantageous.
