Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Senior Clinical Nurse with 5 to 10 years of professional practice to join our healthcare team. In this senior role, you will lead complex patient care, mentor junior staff, oversee clinical workflows, and ensure the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance across the department.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Patient Care:
Conduct thorough health assessments, manage complex medical conditions, administer prescribed treatments and medications, and execute specialized nursing interventions.
Clinical Leadership & Supervision:
Supervise daily ward/unit operations, mentor junior nursing staff, delegate care responsibilities, and ensure strict adherence to clinical guidelines.
Care Coordination & Governance:
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to design, evaluate, and adjust comprehensive patient care plans.
Documentation & Quality Control:
Maintain exact, audit-ready medical records, drive infection control protocols, and lead quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Patient & Family Advocacy:
Provide advanced education to patients and families regarding complex diagnoses, post-discharge care, and disease management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
Work Experience
5 to 10 years of progressive post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an accredited hospital or clinical setting. Ophthalmic experience is preferable.
Licensure & Certification:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license from the relevant health regulatory authority. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.

Strong clinical leadership, crisis management, decision-making, and mentorship abilities; excellent interpersonal and EMR documentation skills.
