Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Manager with strong expertise in purchasing automotive parts, crane parts and heavy-equipment components.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end purchasing of automotive, crane and heavy-equipment parts.
Source and develop suppliers for spare parts and technical components.
Handle RFQs, commercial negotiations, PO placement and delivery follow-up.
Identify alternate suppliers and drive cost optimization.
Manage high-value purchase spend and supplier relationships.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and Stores.
Ensure timely availability of critical spare parts and equipment components.
Requirements
13+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Strong hands-on experience in automotive parts, crane parts, heavy machinery/spares.
Experience in sourcing from local and international suppliers.
Strong negotiation, vendor development and sourcing skills.
Experience managing significant annual purchase spend.
SAP/ERP experience preferred.
