Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure optimal coverage and effectiveness.

Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies, managing incidents according to established protocols.
Train and mentor security staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, staff performance, and operational activities for management review.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary to enhance security measures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role within the security industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of security personnel.
In-depth knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using security systems, surveillance equipment, and reporting software.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination purposes.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
