Job Summary
Responsible for managing front-office operations, administrative documentation, and institutional communication within a specialized rehabilitation and mental health center. The role supports the multidisciplinary care team by organizing records, facilitating correspondence, and ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative workflows while upholding strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Documentation:
Maintain structured office records, manage filing systems, and handle internal and external correspondence.
Front-Office Coordination:
Greet visitors, manage incoming and outgoing communications, and provide professional assistance to clients and families in alignment with organizational safeguarding standards.
Administrative Support:
Assist the multidisciplinary team with scheduling, document preparation, and routine reporting.
Inventory & Supplies Management:
Monitor office supplies and assist with administrative procurement needs as directed.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
Prior administrative experience, particularly within healthcare, mental health, or community-based service environments, is an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
