Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Supervisor
to oversee daily retail operations, lead our sales team, and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will guide floor staff, monitor sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily sales floor operations, staff scheduling, and customer service delivery.
Coach, mentor, and train sales consultants to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze daily trends, and report results to management.
Resolve customer complaints and escalated issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure merchandising, product displays, and store cleanliness meet brand standards.
Manage inventory counts, monitor stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse teams.
Enforce store policies, cash-handling procedures, and safety regulations.
Assist management with promotional events, marketing campaigns, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 1 year and above of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a supervisory/team-lead role.
Education
High school diploma, vocational certification, or equivalent relevant qualification.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
Point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, team scheduling, and sales reporting.
