Job Responsibilities
Respond to Instagram DMs
Chat with customers and provide product information
Collect customer orders
Package and dispatch orders
Track orders until customer receives them
Follow up with customers after delivery
Handle normal sales representative duties
Participate in content creation when needed (not camera-shy)
Requirements
Must be male
Must be able to read and write
Must be confident speaking with customers
Must communicate clearly on phone calls
Must be able to give proper accounts/reports
Must not be shy of camera
Must be responsible and trustworthy.
