About the Role
We are seeking motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging prospective customers, promoting products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned location.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on leads and ensure successful sales conversion.
Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Work effectively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
Requirements
OND, HND, B.Sc. or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends where required.
Good knowledge of the assigned location is an advantage.
