Role Summary
The Sales Representative will manage daily sales activities, attend to customers, drive sales, and support the growth of the gadget store through both in-store and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Open and prepare the shop for daily operations.
Attend to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Drive sales and achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
Handle in-store and online sales through WhatsApp and social media.
Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Identify opportunities to attract new customers and increase sales.
Support promotions, product launches, and other sales activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items.
Maintain proper product displays and a clean, organised shop.
Stay knowledgeable about products, prices, features, and benefits.
Provide regular sales and customer feedback to the Business Owner.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or gadget/electronics sales is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and selling skills.
Ability to use WhatsApp, social media, and basic digital tools for sales.
Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Must be reliable, presentable, and customer-focused.
