Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and driving sales while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Drive sales by effectively promoting products and services.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
Process customer purchases and transactions accurately.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Assist in merchandising and arranging products to enhance store appearance.
Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store environment.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Age range: 26 – 34 years.
Minimum qualification: OND.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an added advantage.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer literacy is an added advantage.
Must reside within Ikeja or surrounding areas for ease of commute.
