JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Officer to drive the sales of our products and services within our Engineering/Oil & Gas department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for the department''s products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including corporate and industrial buyers
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential leads
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking functions
Follow up on leads and quotations, and manage the sales pipeline to closure
Support branding and marketing initiatives to promote the department''s offerings
Prepare routine performance reports and forecast for management
Ensure company target are met as required
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales/marketing, preferably within an industrial or technical products/services environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Good understanding of the Oil & Gas industry landscape is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
