KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute effective property sales and marketing strategies
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients
Drive property sales and achieve monthly targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct property presentations and inspections
Manage client follow-ups and negotiations
Expand the company’s customer and investor network
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in real estate sales/marketing
Proven track record of successfully closing property deals
Strong knowledge of the real estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership, networking and relationship-management skills
Highly motivated, target-driven and result-oriented
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
This position is strictly for experienced real estate professionals.
