Job Description
The Sales Manager – Pre-Owned Watches will lead the growth and commercial development of the Company''s pre-owned watches business. The role will drive sales, develop sourcing opportunities, build customer relationships and ensure the overall commercial performance of the category.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales strategy for pre-owned watches.
Drive revenue and profitability.
Identify and develop opportunities to source pre-owned watches.
Build relationships with collectors, HNWIs, VICs and other potential sellers.
Manage the buying/sourcing pipeline and customer acquisition process.
Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio.
Lead sales negotiations and high-value transactions.
Monitor market prices, trends and competitor activity.
Work with relevant teams to ensure proper product authentication, valuation and documentation processes.
Develop marketing and promotional opportunities for pre-owned watches.
Monitor inventory, pricing and sell-through.
Prepare sales forecasts and commercial reports.
Lead and develop the pre-owned sales team where applicable.

Requirements
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
7–10 years'' experience in luxury watches, jewellery or premium sales.
Strong knowledge of luxury/pre-owned watch markets.
Proven experience in high-value transactions.
Established relationships with collectors, HNWIs and/or luxury watch clients is highly desirable.
