- Host & Content Creation Experience
Experience in video hosting, live streaming, or presenting on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or
YouTube (Prior experience in hosting/promotions is strongly preferred).
Note: Sales experience is an advantage, but prior sales employment background is not mandatory.
- Social Media & Content Skills
Demonstrated experience with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.
Practical skills in:
Video host/presentation and camera confidence.
Content creation and basic video editing (Cap Cut, Canva , etc.).
Live streaming and online customer engagement.
- Sales & Communication Skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer relationship management and negotiation ability.
Confidence in presenting products directly to audiences online and offline.
- Computer Skills
Basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email usage.
- Automotive Knowledge (Advantage)
Basic understanding of vehicle specifications and Electric Vehicles (EVs).
Familiarity with vehicle financing and insurance process is a plus.
- Languages
Amharic (Required), English (Required). Additional languages are an advantage.

Additional Practical Assessment
