About the Opportunity
RILONG PLASTIC PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING PLC is seeking five ambitious, confident, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Agents to help expand its customer base and grow sales. Successful candidates will identify new business opportunities, engage prospective customers, and build lasting client relationships while working toward sales growth targets.
Applicants must have excellent English communication skills and be able to communicate effectively in Amharic. Individuals with persuasive communication abilities and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and gather information on customer needs, market demand, product pricing, and competitor activities.
Identify, contact, and approach potential customers to generate new business leads.
Present the company’s products to prospective customers and communicate their features and benefits clearly.
Distribute product samples and prepare or deliver quotations to interested customers.
Follow up with prospective clients, respond to inquiries, and support the conversion of leads into sales.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Work independently to pursue sales opportunities and contribute to the company’s business growth.
Salary and Commission
Compensation is commission-based, with a commission paid for each successfully closed deal. Applicants are encouraged to clarify the commission structure and payment terms with the company during the recruitment process.
About You
Required Qualifications and Skills
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English (mandatory).
Good verbal communication skills in Amharic.
Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and close sales.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with different customers.
A proactive, target-oriented attitude and willingness to develop new business opportunities.
