Job Purpose
Ensure product availability for sales channels by monitoring, reconciling and controlling finished-goods inventory across warehouses and vans/agents.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor stock levels and movement across warehouses, vans and agent locations.
Reconcile physical stock counts against system records and investigate variances.
Coordinate replenishment planning with Logistics & Distribution and Marketing (promotions).
Flag slow-moving/aging stock and stock-out risks to Sales Administration and Sales Division leadership.
Maintain accurate inventory records and periodic stock reports.
Support loss-prevention and inventory-control audits.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Inventory accuracy (system vs. physical variance %).
Stock-out incidents at point of sale.
Inventory turnover and aging-stock levels.
Timeliness of stock reconciliation and reporting.
Audit findings related to inventory control.
Qualification and Skills
Education
BA in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
Experience
3-5 years of inventory/stock-control experience, preferably in FMCG.
Strong analytical skills and ERP/inventory-system proficiency.
