About the Role
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Prima Corp''s products - preforms and caps to existing and prospective customers within an assigned territory.
The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support business growth.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Help in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective customers.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
Supply sales manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Perform any other duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years'' sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
