Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and customer-focusedRetail Supervisorto oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail shop.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure efficient service delivery.
Actively recruit sales agents to improve sales in the region
Lead, coach, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and performance targets.
Drive customer acquisition and product sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Monitor and improve key retail performance indicators, including sales, activations, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper merchandising and product display within the retail outlet.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
Prepare and submit periodic sales, inventory, and operational reports.
Support local marketing and community engagement activities, as well as recruitment of sales agent to drive sales
Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree or HND in any related discipline.
2 - 4 years'' experiencein retail operations, sales supervision, or customer service.
Previous experience in the renewable energy, telecommunications, FMCG, fintech, or consumer electronics industry is an added advantage.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
