motivated and results-driven Retail Officer
to support our retail growth and operations across Lagos.

THE ROLE
The Retail Officer will be responsible Scouting, engaging, and onboarding new agents and betting shops.
Identifying suitable shop locations and assessing proximity to existing shops.
Coordinating onboarding, training, and welcome packages for new agents.
Ensuring agents receive their shop betting accounts and complete all required agreements and documentation.
Building strong relationships with agents and carrying out regular shop visits to support retention and sales growth.
Monitoring agent performance and identifying opportunities to improve sales and network growth.
Supporting agents with trade assets and ensuring proper documentation and transfer agreements.
Providing product, platform, and technical support, including app installation, updates, configuration, and navigation.
Responding promptly to agent queries and resolving issues through chat groups, email, phone, or physical visits.
Conducting regular checks on betting patterns to identify potential fraud and support risk management.
Supporting in-house training and product updates for agents and relevant teams.
Preparing regular reports on agent recruitment, sales performance, shop activities, and network growth.
Carrying out any other related duties assigned by the Line Manager.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience in sales, retail, field operations, or business development.
Betting
or fintech experience is an advantage.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Target-driven and proactive.
Good knowledge of Lagos.
Good reporting and organisational skills.
Willingness to travel within Lagos.
