White Penguin is an education technology company helping schools simplify their everyday operations and build stronger connections with parents.
We are looking for Relationship Officers who will introduce White Penguin to schools, build genuine relationships with school owners and administrators, demonstrate our platform, support schools through onboarding, and stay connected with them as they grow with us.
You do not need years of sales experience.
We are especially interested in fresh graduates and early-career applicants with 0–1 year of experience who are confident, curious, organized, comfortable speaking with people, and willing to learn.
A background in Education, Teaching, Early Childhood Education, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is helpful, but not required.
This role will involve visiting schools within your assigned area, speaking with school owners and administrators, following up with prospective schools, conducting or arranging demonstrations, and building long-term relationships.
Earning Potential
Base Salary: ₦150,000–₦200,000 per month
In addition to your base salary, Relationship Officers earn a commission on every school successfully closed. Your earnings therefore grow with your performance, with strong performers having the potential to earn a lot more per month in total compensation.
There is no fixed ceiling on commission earnings. The more successful school partnerships you build, the more you can earn.
