Description
We are looking for a target-driven Relationship Officer to acquire, onboard, and manage FMCG distributors within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new customers
Complete and verify KYC documentation
Drive GMV, product adoption, and portfolio growth
Build strong customer relationships through regular field visits
Monitor repayments and escalate risks where necessary
Share market insights and activity reports.
Requirements
1–3 years experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending
Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
