We are looking for a detailoriented Refrigerated Transportation Officer to coordinate and monitor the safe, timely, and efficient movement of temperaturesensitive products using ColdHubs’ refrigerated trucks.
Key Responsibilites
Coordinate refrigerated truck operations from dispatch to delivery.
Plan and monitor delivery routes to ensure timely product movement.
Monitor temperature conditions throughout transportation and escalate deviations promptly.
Track truck location, movement, fuel usage, and operational status.
Coordinate drivers and logistics activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain accurate transportation and delivery records.
Ensure proper loading, handling, and securing of temperaturesensitive products.
Monitor vehicle performance and promptly report faults or maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, coldchain, and transportation standards.
Prepare regular reports on vehicle utilization, deliveries, incidents, and operational performance.
Liaise with customers, hub teams, drivers, and other departments to resolve transportation issues.
Support continuous improvement of refrigerated transportation processes and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or coldchain operations.
Handson knowledge of refrigerated transportation and temperaturecontrolled logistics.
Experience with fleet tracking/GPS and transportation monitoring systems is an advantage.
Good understanding of vehicle operations, route planning, and fleet maintenance.
Knowledge of food safety and coldchain handling practices is an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational issues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
