Job Summary
We need a strategic Recruiter who understands that Recruiting is a Sales and Marketing function.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles, segmented by skill set, seniority, and industry.
Track all requirement activity in the company ATS/CRM and provide weekly pipeline reports.
Research and identify target companies that align with our recruitment niche and service offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitch decks, and service agreements.
Own the email marketing infrastructure: manage lists, segments, templates, and deliverability.
Set up automated workflows that trigger based on prospect behavior (opens, clicks, replies).
Present monthly performance reviews to leadership with actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field with 2 - 3 Years of proven experience in Recruitment, preferably a Recruitment Agency or high-growth Startup environment.
Demonstrate track record of bringing in new client accounts not just managing existing ones.
Vast knowledge on Email Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Email Marketing tools: You must have built and deployed campaigns in Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Instantly.io.
Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) to manage sales pipelines.
Must be Tech Savvy.
