Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Membership of a relevant professional body (NIQS; RICS is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
Experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
Ability to prepare BOQs, valuations, variations, and cost reports.
Good understanding of procurement processes and project cost control.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
