Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Building and Road Construction)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material quantity take-offs for building and road projects.
Measure and verify executed works against approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare interim payment certificates (IPCs), monthly valuations, and progress reports.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and quantities of completed works.
Prepare variation orders, claims, and additional work measurements.
Conduct joint measurements with consultants and client representatives.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier payment requests.
Prepare as-built quantities and final account documentation.
Maintain accurate quantity records and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Qualification:
BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
