Job Summary
Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center
are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Officer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Health Officer (HO) with 1-year and above work Experience. Previous experience, particularly in healthcare settings, will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and maintain quality-related reports, records, and documentation.
Investigate customer complaints and quality-related incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on their implementation.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Conduct quality awareness and training activities for employees where required.
Monitor processes and performance indicators to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
Work closely with different departments to resolve quality problems and improve processes.
