Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control/Assurance Officer with practical experience in polythene/polymer manufacturing to ensure that raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Investigate quality issues and work with production teams to identify root causes.
Ensure rejected or defective products are properly identified and controlled.
Maintain accurate quality inspection records and prepare quality reports.
Support the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures.
Ensure production activities comply with company quality standards and applicable industry requirements.
Conduct routine inspections of production equipment and processes from a quality perspective.
Participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc. in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant QC/QA experience in polythene, polymer, nylon, plastic, packaging, or related manufacturing.
Practical experience with polythene/polymer products is required.
Good understanding of quality control procedures and manufacturing processes.
