JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused female professionals to join our team as Quality Assurance Officers. In this role, you will ensure high standards of service delivery and operational excellence across our agency functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
Call each candidate after selection to explain required documents and guide them to fulfill requirements as soon as possible per company policy.
Accelerate deployment speed and streamline processing timelines for selected candidates.
Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes to maintain top-tier quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to address feedback and implement quality improvement measures.
Maintain accurate digital and physical documentation of service audits and reports.
Engage professionally with clients and candidates, ensuring clear and effective communication.

6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

About You
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Gender:
Female
Education
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience
1+ years of professional experience in the service and hospitality industry.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Amharic, Afaan Oromoo (Oromic), and English (expert in speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Technical Skills:
Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in IT tools and modern office software.
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred.
