Requirements
Behavioural Competencies:
Requirements Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years relevant field experience.
Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset
Excellent communication & reporting skills
Team player with leadership ability
High sense of integrity & professionalism
Technical Skills Required:
Knowledge of QA/QC systems & ISO standards
Proficiency in material testing & civil inspection
Familiarity with quality control documentation
