Integrated Family Service Organization (IFSO) is an Ethiopian indigenous non-governmental organization established in 1995. Guided by its mission to promote holistic development, it works to prevent and respond to the vulnerability of children, youth, and women, while empowering them to become productive citizens. Currently, IFSO is looking for competent employees for the following position.

Job Summary

IFSO is seeking a Psychologist/Counselor to join its team. This is a one-year contract with the possibility of extension. The position is open to female applicants.

Required Qualifications

BA in Psychology

2 – 3 years of experience

Required Skills and Competencies

Listening skills

Sensitivity and empathy

Patience and a calm manner

Ability to cope with emotional situations
