Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized

Project Manager Workshop/Production

to plan, coordinate, and manage workshop and production projects from initial planning through completion and delivery.

The role will be responsible for coordinating internal production teams, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered

on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards

. The Project Manager will also monitor project costing, materials, production progress, installation, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage workshop and production projects from initiation to completion.

Develop detailed project timelines, work plans, budgets, and

cost estimates

.

Coordinate with workshop, production, procurement, design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor production progress and ensure tasks are completed according to the approved timeline.

Track project costs, material usage, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure projects remain within budget.

Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on the timely availability of required materials and services.

Review project requirements, specifications, drawings, designs, and production instructions before execution.

Maintain

active and professional communication with clients

, including responding to requests and providing regular project updates.

Manage client requirements, approvals, feedback, follow-ups, and changes throughout the project.

Coordinate site measurements, installations, deliveries, and other project-related activities when required.

Work closely with the workshop and production teams to identify and resolve technical or operational challenges.

Use

ERP systems

for project tracking, costing, material requirements, documentation, and reporting.

Identify project risks, delays, cost variations, and production challenges and take timely corrective action.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including quotations, work orders, material requirements, approvals, and completion reports.

Prepare regular project progress, cost, and status reports for management.

Conduct project follow-ups to ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications and quality standards.

Ensure proper handover and completion of projects, including client confirmation where applicable.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize activities based on deadlines and business requirements.

Support continuous improvement in workshop project planning, costing, production coordination, and delivery processes.

About You

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager

, preferably in advertising, production, printing, fabrication, signage, events, construction, or a related workshop environment.

Bachelor’s degree in

Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management

, or a related field.

Strong experience in

project planning, costing, budgeting, production coordination, and execution

.

Practical understanding of workshop/production processes, materials, labor, and project costing.

Experience coordinating with suppliers, production teams, and clients.

Excellent written and verbal

communication and email skills

.

Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.

Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Ability to read and understand project specifications, drawings, or production requirements is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proactive, accountable, detail-oriented, and results-oriented.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced production environment.
