You will ensure quality, timely, and accountable delivery, achievement of programme outcomes, effective resource management, stakeholder coordination, donor compliance, safeguarding, risk management, and accountability to affected populations, promoting continuous learning and sustainable impact for vulnerable communities.

(a) Strategic Programme Leadership and Delivery

You will provide strategic leadership and oversight for both programmes, translating approved proposals, workplans, and budgets into implementation plans and measurable targets. You will oversee programme start-up, staffing, partner mobilization, and operational systems, adapt implementation to changing humanitarian and security conditions, coordinate food assistance and resilience activities, and address implementation challenges through regular reviews and field visits.

You will maintain quality assurance frameworks and lead MEAL planning, assessments, monitoring, evaluations, and learning activities. You will monitor indicators and data quality, use findings to improve programme implementation, document lessons and good practices, maintain knowledge management systems, review technical reports, and guide needs assessments, targeting, and intervention prioritization.

(e) Reporting, Compliance and Donor Accountability

You will ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality narrative, situation, indicator, and donor reporting. You will monitor performance against targets and milestones, strengthen staff and partner reporting systems and capacity, coordinate with MEAL teams to identify corrective actions, and respond promptly to donor requests and recommendations.

(f) Financial Management and Resource Stewardship

You will oversee programme finances, ensuring value for money and responsible use of donor resources. You will work with Finance and programme teams to manage budgets, forecasts, expenditure plans, and cash flow; review financial performance; address under-expenditure and overspending; and maintain effective controls, risk mitigation, transparency, and accountability.

(g) Coordination, Representation and Partnerships

You will represent World Vision in coordination meetings, technical working groups, donor engagements, and humanitarian forums. You will coordinate with government authorities, UN agencies, clusters, and implementing partners, strengthen partnerships through joint monitoring, support donor visits and external reviews, and organize programme field visits and review sessions.
