Responsibilties
Prepare and review structural designs and calculations for buildings and civil works.
Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into structural engineering designs.
Develop structural drawings for foundations, beams, slabs, columns, and reinforcement detailing.
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural and engineering drawings.
Support procurement by preparing material specifications and quantity requirements.
Review supplier and subcontractor quotations against BOQ specifications.
Track project expenditures and provide cost performance reports.
Oversee site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and productivity targets.
Ensure all project activities meet company quality standards and industry regulations.
Enforce health and safety policies on all project sites.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.
Prepare and present technical and operational project progress reports to management.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.
Track key performance indicators related to cost, schedule, and quality.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 5 - 7 years experience.
