Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, coordinate factory floor teams, and ensure smooth production runs.
The ideal candidate will maintain high quality standards, drive target achievement, and enforce shop-floor safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee shift production output to ensure daily targets, quality standards and timelines are met.
Allocate floor personnel efficiently across operational lines to minimize downtime and labor waste.
Monitor shop-floor processes, enforcing strict adherence to safety (HSE), cleanliness, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Complete accurate shift reports capturing production output, downtime reasons, raw material usage, and scrap rates.
Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment faults promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualification: OND ONLY in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical discipline. (HND, B.Sc., or higher degrees will not be considered).
Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of direct prior production floor experience in a manufacturing or industrial factory environment. Candidates without prior factory/production experience will be disqualified.
Strong understanding of shop-floor workflows, basic machine operations, and safety standards.
Good leadership, communication, and shift-coordination skills.
Note: This position is strictly open to Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders.
