B.Sc./HND in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
5+ years’ experience in FMCG/food manufacturing
, with at least
2 years in a supervisory/managerial role

Strong knowledge of
food production, GMP, HACCP, hygiene and HSE
.
Tracking raw material usage and finished goods levels to ensure the production line has the necessary inputs to run without interruption.
Experience managing
production targets, raw materials, manpower, machinery, quality and production costs
.
Proven ability to
reduce waste, improve production efficiency and minimize downtime
.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills.
Experience working with
Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse and Procurement teams
.
Overseeing day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring workers are meeting hourly and daily output quotas.
