We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Production Manager
to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Manage production staff and allocate manpower effectively.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, machinery, and other resources.
Work closely with QA/QC, Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
Monitor production costs and minimize waste, rework, and downtime.
Ensure compliance with
HSE policies, company procedures, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements
.
Investigate production challenges and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and submit regular production performance reports.
Monitor equipment and coordinate with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Train, coach, and develop production personnel.
Ensure good housekeeping and discipline within the production environment.
