Job Summary
The role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance, repair, and operational performance of the bank's ATM network. The position ensures optimal ATM functionality, provides advanced technical support and troubleshooting, implements preventive maintenance, strengthens ATM security, and ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) standards. The role also involves team coordination, mentoring, and continuous improvement of service delivery processes to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of the bank's ATM network.
Ensure all ATMs are functioning optimally and address any operational issues promptly.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex ATM-related problems.
Stay updated on the latest ATM technologies and integrate new solutions.
Enhance ATM device durability by performing scheduled preventive maintenance.
Mentor teams for enhancing ATM security by installing antivirus and other security patches.
Ensure SLA compliance.
Maintain out-of-service ATMs and perform troubleshooting with minimal time.
Work on enhancing and advancing service delivery processes by minimizing issue resolution time.

Education Qualification
1st degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; or 2nd degree in the same field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
