Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
Diagnose and repair plumbing faults such as leakages, blockages, water pressure, and drainage issues.
Perform routine swimming pool maintenance, including inspection and maintenance of pool pumps, filtration systems, valves, pipes, drains, and circulation systems.
Identify and resolve swimming pool-related faults
Conduct regular inspections of plumbing and swimming pool systems to identify potential faults and ensure efficient operation.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency plumbing or swimming pool-related issues.
Maintain accurate service records, ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment, and comply with all company health, safety, and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
Minimum of trade test 1-3 certification.
3+ years of experience as a plumber in a maintenance facility.
Must demonstrate technical knowledge of plumbing systems.
Ability to use specialized tools and follows documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools.
