Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all production floor staff, including the Production Supervisor, Finance Officer, and all functions across Production, Inventory, and Logistics.
Oversee daily production operations across all injection moulding lines to meet output targets.
Handle customer order intake and coordinate fulfilment with the production team.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures across production, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to workplace policies.
Oversee procurement of raw materials, ensuring quality specifications and approved supplier processes are followed.
Prepare and submit monthly management reports to Harobed & Associates, covering production performance, staffing, and operational issues.
Maintain workplace health and safety standards across the facility.
Act as the primary point of operational accountability on site, escalating issues to Harobed & Associates as needed.
Requirement & Competencies
Education / Qualification
Minimum HND or Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Industrial/Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Essential)
Further professional certification in operations or production management (Desirable)
Experience
Minimum 5 years'' experience in a production or plant management role, ideally within Manufacturing (Essential)
Experience managing a multi-functional floor team (Essential)
Experience specifically within plastics or injection moulding manufacturing (Desirable)
Skills Required
Strong leadership and people management skills (Essential)
Strong understanding of production planning and quality control (Essential)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication (Essential)
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills (Essential)
