Job Description
Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately and safely.
Provide appropriate counselling and medication guidance to customers.
Assess and manage minor ailments within the scope of community pharmacy practice.
Ensure proper storage, handling and documentation of medicines.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and controlled medicines.
Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records.
Support day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a professional pharmacy environment.
Knowledge of skincare/cosmeceuticals is an added advantage.
Requirements
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
Must be a registered Pharmacist with a valid PCN licence.
Previous community pharmacy experience is required.
Good knowledge of prescription and OTC medicines.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and professional ethics.
Skincare/cosmeceutical knowledge is an advantage.
