Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and innovative Pharmacists to drive sales growth, deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care, and support the overall profitability of our retail pharmacy operations. The role combines clinical excellence with commercial awareness and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Review prescriptions accurately and provide patient counselling to ensure safe and effective medication use
Organise and manage the pharmacy layout for efficient identification of drugs and sundries
Oversee inventory movement to prevent product deterioration, shortages, and expiry
Drive the marketing and delivery of pharmacy services, including rapid health checks
Contribute to sales growth, category performance, and branch profitability through innovation and customer-focused initiatives
Stay current with trends and advancements in the health sector through continuous learning and professional collaboration
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist
Working knowledge of MS Office and pharmacy information systems
Strong communication skills, professional integrity, and a patient-centred approach
