A private pharmaceutical and medical supplies company based in Hargeisa is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand its customer base across pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers in Hargeisa and surrounding areas
Build and maintain strong customer relationships; identify and onboard new customers
Achieve monthly sales targets; provide regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends
Coordinate order collection, delivery, and payment follow-up
Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or a related health field, OR proven sales experience — preferably with existing relationships across pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Somali and English
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field
Must be based in Hargeisa with ability to travel locally
