Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for the principal.
The ideal candidate must be professional, discreet, punctual, and highly familiar with Lagos roads and traffic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and timely transportation for the principal to work, meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations.
Maintain a flexible schedule and be available as required, including occasional weekends or after-hours.
Plan routes effectively and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.
Maintain the vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition.
Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report any faults or maintenance requirements.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, fuelling, repairs, and other routine maintenance as required.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the principal''s movements, activities, and personal information.
Assist with personal errands, collections, deliveries, and other tasks as assigned.
Ensure the safety and security of the principal and any items being transported.
Demonstrate courteous, respectful, and professional conduct at all times.
Comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of fuel, servicing, and other vehicle-related expenses where required.
Requirements
Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal, executive, or professional driver.
Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads and alternative routes.
Good knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
Clean driving record and strong commitment to road safety.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be punctual, trustworthy, discreet, and well-mannered.
Must be flexible and able to work according to the principal’s schedule.
Previous experience working directly with a private individual or family is an added advantage.
