We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technology-savvy
Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
to provide effective administrative, coordination, and executive support to the Managing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and daily engagements.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other logistics as required.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes, and other official documents.
Attend meetings as assigned, take accurate minutes, and document decisions and action points.
Follow up on assignments and directives issued by the Managing Director and provide timely updates.
Coordinate communication between the Managing Director and relevant departments, staff, branches, depots, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic and physical records.
Handle confidential information and correspondence with a high level of discretion.
Assist with research, information gathering, data compilation, and preparation of reports when required.
Follow up on operational assignments, including book printing, stocking, and timely delivery of book titles as directed by the Managing Director.
Support staff mobilization and coordination for the timely execution of assigned operational activities.
Provide general administrative and executive support to ensure the effective functioning of the Managing Director’s office.
Perform other duties and assignments as may be delegated by the Managing Director.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Office Technology and Management, Secretarial Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of
Second Class Lower
degree classification, subject to confirmation of the required classification.
Minimum of 3 - 4 years of on-the job experience.
Below 30 years of age.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or in a similar role will be an advantage.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office tools
, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong technology and digital skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.

Salary
: #200,000 - #250,000 (Depending on Experience)
