Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Packing & Dispatch Supervisor to oversee packing and dispatch operations, ensuring products are packed accurately, dispatched on time, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and good computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily packing and dispatch operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate packing and dispatch teams to achieve operational targets.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.
Monitor inventory movement and dispatch documentation.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports using computer applications.
Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in any related field.
4–5 years of experience in packing and dispatch operations.
Good knowledge of packing and dispatch processes.
Strong computer proficiency.
Excellent coordination, leadership, and team management skills.
Good understanding of quality and safety compliance.
Ability to resume immediately.
