Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or supply chain operations, with at least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in coordinating daily logistics operations, supervising teams, managing inventory and documentation, monitoring operational KPIs, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Experience in a logistics collateral or asset-management environment would be an added advantage.
